ASPIRE Program Eligibility Requirements


To receive ASPIRE Program services, students must meet federal guideline requirements:

  • Low income
  • First generation in college (neither parent has a four-year degree from a U.S. institution)
  • Have a learning or physical disability.

Students must also demonstrate a need for the services.
